1. ABOUT US
https://mughalroad.com is an online store specializing in miniatures, terrariums, miniature gardens, and plant-based bulk gifts for events and corporates.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3. PRODUCTS
1. Nature of Products: All terrariums, miniature gardens, and plants can have slight variations in color, size, and arrangement are natural and make each piece unique.
2. Plant Care: Live plants require care. We provide care instructions, but plant health post-delivery depends on customer handling.
3. Bulk Orders: For bulk gifts/corporate orders, lead time is 10-15 working days. Customization available on request.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
1. All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
2. Payment can be made via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking. COD available for select cities only.
3. For bulk orders above ₹25,000, 50% advance is required to confirm the order.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. Shipping: We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Shipping charges calculated at checkout.
2. Delivery Time: 3-7 working days for regular orders. 10-20 working days for bulk/custom orders.
3. Plant Shipping: Due to the live nature of products, delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier, weather, or strikes.
4. Damage in Transit: Please record a video while unboxing. Report damages within 24 hours with photos/video for replacement.
6. RETURNS & REPLACEMENT
1. Live Plants: Due to their nature, we do not accept returns. Replacement only if plant arrives damaged/dead, with unboxing video proof within 24 hours.
2. Miniatures & Non-plant Items: Return accepted within 7 days if item is defective or not as described. Item must be unused and in original packaging.
3. Bulk/Corporate Gifts: No returns. Replacement only for manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours.
4. Return shipping cost to be borne by customer unless the error is ours.
7. CARE & LIABILITY
We are not responsible for plant death due to improper care, overwatering, or environmental factors after delivery. Care guide will be provided with each order.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, images, designs, and logos on https://mughalroad.com are our property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying is prohibited.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure due to acts of god, natural disasters, weather, courier issues, government actions, or any event beyond our control.
10. PRIVACY
Your personal data will be used only for order processing and communication. We do not share your data with third parties except for delivery and payment partners. Please see our Privacy Policy.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
12. CHANGES
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
